OUR STORY
For sixty years, the Montessori School of Huntsville has been a place where children are known, respected, and given room to grow. What began in 1965 as a small community of families committed to authentic Montessori education has become the most established Montessori school in the region, serving children from toddlerhood through 9th grade on our South Huntsville campus.
Through all of that growth, one thing has stayed the same: a deep belief in the capability of every child. That belief shapes our mission, our vision, and the values we return to every day.

The Montessori School of Huntsville guides children to be independent learners, critical thinkers, and tomorrow's leaders, while preparing them for a life of purpose, integrity, and academic accomplishment.
OUR VISION
We aim to be known throughout the community as an accredited provider of quality Montessori education for toddlers through adolescents, and to operate as the leading example of Montessori education in Huntsville. We provide an environment that nurtures children to reach their fullest potential and teaches them to love learning, while creating an enriching place for our staff and a welcoming, open partnership with parents and families.
