We believe a Montessori education is one of the most meaningful investments a family can make, and we believe families deserve clear information as they consider it. Tuition is set each year by our Board of Directors following approval of the annual budget, with every dollar directed toward small class sizes, credentialed guides, beautifully prepared environments, and the continuity of our program.
2026–2027 TUITION
Primary tuition varies by schedule option (Half Day, School Day, or Extended Day). Montessori Mornings, our infant-caregiver program, is billed per session; please ask our admissions team for current session pricing.

BEYOND TUITION
Alongside annual tuition, families can expect a small number of additional items, including a tuition deposit that reserves your child's place, an optional tuition insurance program that protects your investment, and program-level field trip fees that support our hands-on "going out" experiences. Our admissions team walks families through all of these during enrollment, and many can be spread across monthly installments.
MAKING MSH AFFORDABLE
Montessori should be within reach for families who want it. We offer several forms of financial aid, including need-based assistance and scholarships, and Alabama's CHOOSE Act can help cover tuition and qualified expenses. Families often combine these to make MSH more affordable than they expected.
