At the Montessori School of Huntsville, we are committed to both authentic Montessori practice and academic excellence. We are accredited by SAIS and Cognia and recognized as an American Montessori Society Verified School. Our lead guides hold Montessori credentials for the age levels they teach, earned through teacher education programs accredited by MACTE and recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Founded in 1965, MSH is a nonprofit independent school with a long history of serving children and families in our community. Our curriculum meets and exceeds the Alabama Course of Study and national standards while remaining deeply rooted in Montessori principles and practice.
